Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych(BIK) has started construction on a new 11,500 sqm industrial development located in Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne in Sosnowiec. The project will offer a high-storage area and handling area with a large number of docks, as well as 2,500 sqm for cross-docking. The investment is scheduled to be completed in November 2017. Awbud is the general contractor of the project. Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne in Sosnowiec is among the largest investments yet carried out by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych.
