Bilfinger Real Estate has won a contract to manage a hotel property portfolio comprising four properties in Poland and Germany owned by Union Investment Real Estate. Bilfinger, which currently manages office and retail properties with total space of around 700,000 sqm for Union Investment Real Estate in Germany alone, has begun operations for the German investment company in Poland. The Polish hotel properties are two Radisson Blu Hotels in Krakow and Wroclaw as well as the Hampton by Hilton Hotel. For the German hotel Innside Aachen by Meliá, Bilfinger Real Estate will provide not only technical, but also commercial property management.
