Bill Finnegan was named principal of Avison Young’s Philadelphia region. In his new role, Finnegan will help grow the company’s Philadelphia Center City office as well as continue to focus on his specialty of corporate tenant representation. With more than 20 years experience, he previously worked for JLL and held senior executive and director positions with Cresa, Newmark Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Finnegan worked in finance with Bristol Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline and PwC. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, he is a certified public accountant.
