Bimal Invest bid to take over a 77-percent stake in the Novo Sunce oil factory in Sombor, northern Serbia, has been approved by local regulators. The deal, original signed in December, will help strengthen Bimal’s position in the Western Balkan region as well as the EU, Middle and Far East markets. The purchase price was not disclosed. Bimal Invest has its headquarters in Belgrade.
