The Bioderma cosmetics brand is expanding its office space in Bucharest, doubling its rented area, moving to The Mark office complex. The company has signed a lease for an area of 535 sqm in the Tower building.
“Bioderma’s managers have chosen this space, appreciating the advantages of The Mark Tower building in a competitive rental proposal. These include the efficient configuration of the space that could be easily adapted to their organization chart, the abundant natural light, the generous outdoor terrace and sufficient parking spaces for employees. It also mattered that the offices were in a modern Class A building recently put into use, “said Nicolae Ciobanu, Managing Partner – Head of Advisory, Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance.
