BioReference Laboratories has renewed its laboratory and warehouse lease in the Elmwood Corporate Park. The 160,000 sq ft agreement is for 481 and 487 Edward H. Ross Drive in Elmwood Park, NJ, but the company also leases approximately 52,000 square feet of office space within the complex. BioReference Laboratories, Inc. is one of the largest full service diagnostic laboratories in the world. The transaction was negotiated in-house by the building’s owner, Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Christopher Olsen of Eagle Real Estate Group LLC represented the tenant.
