Birth rate decline continues in Hungary

22 December 2015

According to Central Statistical Office of Hungary, the number of deaths in the country outstripped the number of births from January to October. Number of population declined by 33,291 people during this time. However, the number of births during the first ten month of 2015 was 0.5 percent more than during the same period in 2014. Global fertility rates are in general decline not only in Hungary.
