Bitdefender, which offers cybersecurity solutions, signed a five-year lease on 9,267 sqm at Orhideea Towers, currently under development in Bucharest by CA IMMO. Bitdefender took the ninth to the 12th floors of the building and will relocated it teams from DV24Offices in May 2018. The lease was brokered by Cushman Wakefield Echinox. Bitdefender is the project’s second anchor tenant, following Misys. The class A building, which will offer 37,000 sqm, is now 65 percent leased. The total investment cost is €75m.
