BlackRock signed a lease on 3,500 sqm at GTC White House, an office building under development by GTC Hungary on Váci út in Budapest. The agreement was concluded with an option to extend the office space up to 7,700 sqm, starting in April 2018. GTC White House will offer 21,500 sqm of class A office space and 299 underground parking spots. The modern project features green architecture, including an entirely refurbished turn-of-the-century standalone 2,000 sqm loft and a green roof. GTC White House will be in line with LEED Gold standard. Delivery is set for Q1 2018.
