Logicor Europe, a subsidiary of the American investment group Blackstone, is in talks to take over Immofinanz’s logistics portfolio. Wallstreet.ro reports that the €550m portfolio includes assets in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Russia.
The Austrian company owns three logistics projects in Romania: one near Bucharest, in Pantelimon, and one each in Ploiesti and Timisoara. Immofinanz recently started construction on two logistics warehouses in Mogosoaia, near Bucharest. In addition to logistics projects, the company also owns a plot in the northern part of Brasov and land in the Sura Mica industrial park, near Sibiu.
