US investor Blackstone is reportedly in talks to buy Panattoni Park Prague Airport in Dobrovíz, where the developer is currently working on a 100,000 sqm distribution center for Amazon. The claim was made by the server e15, though it was unable to confirm any details on the deal, as Panattoni and Blackstone declined to comment. It would be the second such deal between the two companies this year. Blackstone recently acquired two Polish Panattoni portfolios in Poland in a transaction worth €223m.
