The American private equity group Blackstone plans to invest nearly €120m on the Polish warehouse market in the near-term, according to the daily Puls Biznesu. The daily added that the fund hopes to take warehouse portfolios from Panattoni, Pramerica and Standards Life. The deals, which are set to close in 2013, include properties in Łódź Kraków, Czechowice-Dziedzice, Świebodzin, Radomsk, Rzeszów and Gorzów Wlkp.
