Blake Horsley, the investment director at Colliers Romania, will leave the company in March to pursue a regional role for a real estate development company. Horsley, a New Zealand native, has work for Colliers International for nine years, the last five of which he spent in Romania. He took the helm of Colliers Romania’s investment division in 2009.
He was involved in some of the largest transactions during the Romanian financial crisis, assisting in the sale of the Praktiker store in the city of Craiova and the Floreasca Business Park project.
