State Farm Realty Mortgage has approved a $70 million refinance loan to BLDG Management for an apartment building on Broadway on the Upper West Side. The 26 story residential tower is located at 2380 Broadway and West 87th Street, and features 156 units that offer 225,00 square feet. The funding includes a new $39.5 million mortgage and replaces an outstanding $40.5 million loan balance from a $43 million loan issued by Signature Bank in 2010. The building also includes six retail units, two of which are leased to CityMD and Starbucks.
