Blue Roc sells off 200 Orlando apartments for $19.4m

The Park at Salerno apartment complex in Orlando has been acquired by a partnership between Goldelm Apartments and Michaelson Real Estate Group. The 200 unit property at 2100 South Conway Road, sold for $19.4 million or $90,000 per unit. Built in the early 1970s on a 9.5 acre site the property features two pools, a lounge, clubhouse and a fitness center. The seller, Blue Roc Premier Properties bought the asset in 2014 for $8 million. The deal was finalized with a $15.52 million balloon mortgage that was extended by Walker & Dunlop.
