Twenty 35, a 200-unit garden style community in Safety Harbor, FL has been acquired by Blue Roc Premier Properties for $21 million. Located at 2035 Phillippe Parkway, the property was built in 1970 and changed hands for $105,000 per unit. Berkadia sold the asset on behalf of the seller, Covenant Capita. Berkadia also completed an off-market sale of Blue Roc’s The Park at Windsor, a 224-unit multifamily complex in Tampa to Redwood Capital Group for $26.5 million. “Both acquisitions represented an opportunity for the new buyer to leverage off recent capital improvements to the property, while continuing value-add improvements,” said Jason Stanton, senior director at Berkadia, in prepared remarks.
