Blue Rock Partners LLC. has acquired the Hamilton Bay Apartments in Brandon for $43.6 million. The Tampa based firm paid $98,200 per unit for the complex located at 1801 Princeton Lakes Drive. The 444 unit property was built in 1989. The seller, Covenant Capital Group based in Nashville Tennessee, paid $30 million for the asset in 2010. New York Community Bank provided a $32.7 million mortgage for the purchase.
