Bay Village Condos LLC, an affiliate of Blue Sky Group, secured a $23.09 million construction loan to develop Esplendor Bay Hotel in Bay Harbor Islands. Located at 9540 West Bay Harbor Drive, the 33,750-square-foot site will house a six-story, 96-unit condo hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. The units will range from 387 square feet to 1,643 square feet. The general contractor of the project is Pinnacle Construction, while Fen Hotels will manage the condo hotel.
