In one of the largest deals on the Hungarian property market this year, a fund managed by Diófa Asset Management bought Infopark E in Budapest from Bluehouse Capital. Infopark E is the newest building in the successful park located in the South Buda submarket. Colliers International represented Bluehouse Capital in transaction. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
Bluehouse acquired the property in October 2012 and repositioned the building by improving its tenant mix and achieving full occupancy. The new owner is Magyar Posta Takarék Ingatlan Befektetési Alap. This is the third institutional deal Colliers closed in Hungary this year.
