Bluerock Real Estate, based in New York City, has picked up a 228 unit apartment complex in Jacksonville Beach for $46.3 million. Located at 1300 Shetter Ave, the Broadstone Beach House Apartments traded for $203,070 per unit, marking the highest per unit sale this year in the greater Jacksonville metro area. Alliance Residential Co., the original developer and seller of the asset, built the complex in 2008. Brian Moulder and Dhaval Patal, both executive vice presidents with CBRE, represented the seller in the transaction.
