BMO Real Estate Partners Deutschland has acquired the residential project Strandkai in Hamburg’s Hafencity district. The seller is a joint venture of aus Aug. Prien and DC Developments. The purchase price was not disclosed for the project, which designed by léonwohlhage Gesellschaft von Architekten, will offer 160 units over 16,000 sqm of space. The €350m investment will feature four residential and commercial properties built on Baufeld 55 plot.
