BMW to build major car testing facility in Czech Republic

BMW plans to build a state of the art automobile testing facility near Sokolov in the northwest of the Czech Republic. HospodáƙskĂ© noviny reports that the driving range would include more than 100 km of roads and would be used to develop and test BMW’s new range of smart cars. The German automobile manufacturer is planning to announce the investment soon to provide further details. But HN reports that this new generation of testing facilities are being built around the world as the car industry is now being revolutionized through the use of electric and automonous vehicles.
