The NEIF III investment fund, managed by BNP Paribas REIM Luxembourg, acquired Fantastic 44 in DĂĽsseldorf from Projektentwicklung GmbH (ddp). The price of the deal was not disclosed. The office property is already 70 percent pre-leased. The property is currently being renovated and is expected to receive DGNB Gold certification after completion in Q4.
