BNP Paribas has leased 5,500 sqm at Oregon Park in Bucharest. BNP Paribas Personal Finance, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking and BNP Paribas Central Europe Technologies are scheduled to move into Building C during the last quarter of this year. Lion’s Head Investments acquired Oregon Park from Portland Trust and Ares Management in 2018. The project includes three buildings. Buildings A and B are fully leased. Building C is still under construction.
