Shopping centers in Poland and Germany that were previously owned by Ikea Centres Polska have been rebranded following their acquisition by the Pradera fund. The property management department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland oversaw the rebranding process. “I am extremely pleased that we have succeeded in creating a visual communication framework for properties functioning in different countries and within diverse local communities with their distinct needs and habits,” said Michał Pszkit, head of the property management department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
