In the beginning of 2012 BNP Paribas Real Estate increased its business volume by winning three Property Management mandates in Budapest. The contract has been awarded by the Austrian real estate developer, Raiffeisen Evolution for a 30,000 sqm portfolio consisting of 3 office buildings – Residence 1 and 2 and Rumbach Center – located in highly prestigious locations in the Hungarian capital.
As the Hungarian property management market has become even more competitive, clients are more insistent upon seeking best quality services for the most competitive fees. BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary was able to respond most successfully to the needs of Raiffeisen Evolution and demonstrate professional expertise by offering an optimised team and a dynamic fee structure, presenting a stable financial background with an established track record and providing an innovative online customer service system of property management called “Blueberry”.
The Property Management team has also been mandated to manage a historic office building in central Madrid, and finally, it’s been entrusted by the Irish Property Unit Trust (the largest in Ireland) with the management of two office buildings in Dublin’s CBD.
