BNP Paribas REIM has acquired a portfolio of three Ibis hotels in Munich. The purchase price of the hotels, comprising a total of 410 bedrooms, was not disclosed. The properties were built between 2012 and 2016. The 2-start hotels are the most recent additions to a portfolio of hotels that includes Ibis Munich City-East (5,500 sqm with 167 rooms, Ibis Munich City-South (4,500 sqm and 133 rooms) and Ibis Munich Airport, which offers 110 rooms.
