BNP Paribas Securities Services has signed a lease agreement for 4,000 sqm of office space in Ghelamco’s Warsaw Spire project. BNP Paribas Real Estate has brokered the deal. The new tenant will move into the project’s B building in the second half of 2015. The investment is going up near Daszyńskiego roundabout on Warsaw’s Wola district.
Controlled by BNP Paribas Group, BNP Paribas Securities Services is a top five global provider of securities services. It has entered the Polish market in 2008.
