The SPV Wola House, which is a subsidiary of Unidevelopment, has entered into an agreement with BNP Paribas Real Estate last week to fill the Wola Park office building, now underway at Al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia in Warsaw. Unidevelopment selected BNP Paribas to carry out the leasing process a few month after it acquired the project. Wola House is to offer 20,000 sqm of new, open plan office space, designed to take the top floors of the building. A three-level underground garage for 300 vehicles is to be delivered in the third quarter of 2014. Work on the project is begin in the fourth quarter of the year.
