Logivest has successfully brokered a long-term lease for BNW Distribution e.K. in Langenfeld, North Rhine-Westphalia. The new headquarters will encompass nearly 4,000 square meters of warehouse space, including a mezzanine, along with over 400 square meters of office space. The property, located at Winkelsweg 177, is owned by AEW.
BNW Distribution, a global B2B supplier specializing in board games, card games, and alternative gaming systems, sought a larger facility near its current headquarters to accommodate its expansion. The company chose to remain in Langenfeld due to its strategic location for logistics operations. Logivest identified a suitable, modern logistics center within the industrial estate, which meets BNW Distribution’s growing needs.
The new facility boasts a 10.5-meter clear height, LED lighting, and an ESFR sprinkler system, ensuring both safety and efficiency. It also features four dock levellers and a ground-level sectional door for streamlined access.
“Langenfeld is a highly sought-after logistics hub with limited available space,” said Till Conrads, Consultant for Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest NRW GmbH. “The location offers excellent connections to the A3 and A59 motorways, making it ideal for BNW Distribution’s new headquarters. Additionally, the site is well-served by public transport, which is a significant benefit for employees.”
BNW Distribution is set to move into its new premises in September 2024, marking the next phase of its expansion.
