Boardwalk Properties acquires 240 apartments in South Beach

Boardwalk Properties has spent $59 million on a portfolio of 240 apartments spanning 15 buildings in South Beach. The company has pledged to preserve the Art Deco facades of the buildings and upgrade the properties by adding central air conditioning, hurricane impact windows and doors, security cameras laundry serves, and other general improvements. With this transaction the company now owns 700 units in the South Beach area.

We look forward to playing our part in this process,” said Adam Walker of Boardwalk Properties. “Our vision for the newly acquired properties is to make them modern, secure and efficient for tenants to live in for the long term.”
