BOBO Coworking will open its first location in Poland at myhive Crown Point in Warsaw’s Wola district. The coworking operator signed a lease on 1,700 sqm of space and over the next three years is planning to open an additional five locations in big cities across Poland. JLL brokered the deal. “We made a strategic decision to introduce our newest office concept to Poland. It is mainly dedicated to representatives of the creative industry as well as startups and freelancers. We were looking for an attractive business location in the center of Warsaw that is well connected to other parts of the city. So Wola was a natural choice for us,” said Daniel Bahman, business development manager at BOBO.
