A partnership between Mainstreet Capital Partners and an investment fund managed by The Davis Companies sold a class A office building in Boca Raton, Florida, for $23.675m. The 115,986 sq ft building was purchase by a partnership between local investors and a national investment fund. The property is located within The Park at Broken Sound, a 700 acre mixed-use commercial/residential park. Built in 1989, the five-story building was most recently renovated in 2015 and is 79 percent leased to tenants like CSL Plasma and Geosyntec. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller and procured the buyer.
