BOCO Pardubice has signed a lease for 1,500 sqm of production and office space in TechnoPark Pardubice in a deal brokered by JLL. The global producer of technologies for the rubber and plastics industry will develop and test new production technologies for the processing of plastics components in the newly leased premises. The space will also serve as a showroom for BOCO’s new customers from the whole world, said Miroslav Kotek, Senior Consultant at Industrial Agency JLL. TechnoPark Pardubice opened in 2008 as an business incubator and start-up facility. It offers 10,500 sqm of office and industrial space. Since 2014, it’s been owned by Conseq penzijní společnost, part of Conseq Investment Management.
