The Prague city court has started insolvency proceedings against Bögl and Krýsl. This is the third time the construction company has faced insolvency proceeding. The previous two attempts were cancelled by the court.
This recent filing was submitted by a group of six Polish companies, including Altom Tour, Tytanium Rental and Uslugi Transportowe. The businesses claim Bögl and Krýsl owes them a total of CZK 5.2m. The court has asked other creditors to submit their claims as well, writes ČTK.
Bögl and Krýsl most recently faced an insolvency claim in Poland in April by SAF-Holland Polska which said that the construction company owed it CZK 8m. The proceedings were stopped after the companies came to a financial agreement.
