Bögl and Krýsl faces insolvency claims

29 April 2014

The construction company Bögl and Krýsl is facing a new insolvency claim by its Polish creditor. SAF is demanding CZK 8m from Bögl and Krýsl. The builder, owned by the German company Max Bögl & Josef Krýsl, has not commented on the situation and even shut down its website, writes the server idnes.cz.

The company posted CZK 5bn in revenues in 2012, with the majority coming from motorway construction projects in Poland. Bögl and Krýsl also oversaw construction of the Lochkov bridge in the Czech Republic, which is reportedly cracking. It was also involved with the construction of the bridge in Studénka which collapsed.
