Bögl and Krýsl pays off debts

20 August 2014

A Prague court halted insolvency proceedings against Bögl and Krýsl after the Czech construction company paid off all of its outstanding debts. The insolvency process was initiated by a group of Polish companies, including Altom Tour, Tytanium Rental and Uslugi Transportowe, that were partnering with Bögl and Krýsl on the construction of a section of the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw and Lodž, writes ČTK. The companies claimed Bögl and Krýsl owed them PLN 790,000 or roughly CZK 5.2m.
The construction company has faced three insolvency claims over the last year. The previous two claims were thrown out by the court.
