Forte Partners has appointed Bog’art as general contractor for the first phase of its latest office project called The Bridge.
“Bog’Art company will be responsible for the first phase of the business park, a building with two basements, a ground floor and 10 floors, with a total built area of 52,000 sqm,” says Geo Margescu, CEO & Founder Partners Forte.
The business park The Bridge will be built in two phases on Orhideelor Road, the site of the former bread factory Spicul. The value of the first phase, which should be completed September 2017, is €60m. In April, BCR signed an 18,000 sqm lease in The Bridge.
