Alexei Bogachev, co-owner of Magnit, has announced the sale of office space in his project Victory Park in Moscow. The first offices to have been sold off offer 10,000 sqm of space. The property was acquired by the company Rusal for $30m. Rusal already owns a part of another business center on Vasilisa Kozhina Street with an area of 20,000 sqm.
Alexei Bogachev purchased a total of 50,000 sqm of office space at Victory Park a year ago, and now he is planning to sell the remaining 40,000 sqm at a price of $3,000 per sqm.
