Bogdan Văduva, former partner at KPMG Romania, has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of eMAG Group. Bogdan Văduva has more than 22 years of experience in audit and consulting, including 20 years with KPMG, where he was appointed partner in 2012, and for the last 5 years he was also a member of the executive team.
“Bogdan brings solid business experience to the eMAG team, which will help us achieve our ambitious growth objectives through a unified approach across all markets in which we operate, creating added value across our entire ecosystem.
