Another phase of TriGranit’s Bonarka for Business project went on-line this week, adding another 8,700 sqm of new commercial space to the Kraków market. The space is already 98 percent leased.
“There’s great demand for new office space in Kraków, but it needs to be well-located,” said Tomasz Lisiecki, managing director at TriGranit Development Polska.
The developer plans to deliver another phase of the project this year, which will add 9,500 sqm of office space to the market. Bonarka for Business includes four buildings, totalling 35,000 sqm of office, retail and social space.
