Bonava is building a residential project in Dortmund. The developer which targets northern Europe and Germany, broke ground on a 9,500 sqm site in Dortmund’s Lütgendortmund district. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. The project will feature 42 five- or six-room units, ranging from 128 to 182 sqm. Several schools, daycares and shopping facilities are located in the area.
