Bonava unveiled plans for a new residential project in Schulzendorf. The residential quarter will consist of 200 terraced, double and detached single-family houses with three to five rooms, ranging for 80 to 150 sqm of living space. Completion is set for 2023. The first batch of houses are expected be sold this summer. The project will go up on a site situated between Ernst-Thälmann-Strasse and Walter-Rathenau-Strasse, better known as Ritterschlag/Ritterfleck. Two new playgrounds will be built in the surrounding area.
