In a deal worth about SEK 120m, Bonava has sold a residential project it is developing in Berlin’s Schöneberg district to the housing company Gewobag. The project will feature 71 rental apartments and four commercial premises. Fifty-five apartments are earmarked for people with lower incomes. The project is going up close to green areas, only 20 minutes by public transit from the Berlin city center. The project is expected to be handed over to the customer Q2 2020.
