Bonava has started selling apartments in its new residential project in Berlin-Staaken. The scheme is being built on a 8,400 sqm site, offering 118 units in two buildings. The flats will be built in a range of size starting at 59 sqm and going as high as 117 sqm. Each should offer a balcony or terrace and a total of 72 parking spots are also being built. The prices will range from €152,900 to €349,900. It’s Bonava’s second residential project in the Staaken area.
