The German Bosch Group will build a manufacturing and development center for automotive electronic components in Cluj-Napoca.
The center construction will be finish by the end of 2013 thanks to a total investment of €77 m. Construction work will start in the second quarter of 2012 and the production is scheduled to begin in mid-2013. The new center will have a total area of 38,000 sqm. By the end of next year, around 340 employees will have been hired to perform their work in th production and research center.
The new unit will be part of the group’s Automotive Electronics division, which produces electronic control units, semiconductors and sensors for automotive and other fields.
