According to the researches by the country’s statistics agency, and reports of Statistic Agency, number of issued building permits in Bosnia and Herzegovina in June 2019, 16.4 percent higher than the monthly average in 2018 and 10.5 percent higher than June 2018. In absolute terms, this translates to 421 construction permits issued in June, of which 345 were for buildings. The number of flats in projects that received building permits (636) was 4.7 percent higher than last year’s monthly average but 13.4 percent lower than in June 2018. The most popular size (224 in all) was 2-bedroom units.
