The online retailer of footwear and clothing, “Boutique Mall”, is moving its logistics activity to the CTPark Bucharest North park, in a 3,700 sqm, class A warehouse, recently built by CTP. The transaction was brokered by industrial real estate broker Dunwell and exceeded EUR 600,000 according to data provided by Bogdan Chiruţă, owner of Boutique Mall.
“Online commerce has experienced an important development lately, which also applies to our activity. Hence the need for a more generous space… Following the investment of over EUR 600,000, we will benefit from a useful storage space of over 10,000 sqm, which will provide us with the necessary space for the next 3-5 years”, said Bogdan Chiruţă.
