Bouwfonds is withdrawing from the Czech Republic. The Dutch developer, a member of the Rabobank financial group, will offload projects and land it still owns on the Czech market, writes the server e15, including 22,000 sqm of land in Prague-Hlubočepy as well as additional plots in Ostrava, Hradec Králové and Pardubice. Bouwfonds was active in 12 countries four years ago. It is currently active only in the Netherlands, Germany and France. The news comes less than a month after Hochtief Development announced it was leaving the Czech market.
