The flats in the La Tour Residence by French-based developer Bouygues Immobiler are going on sale this week in Warsaw’s Ochota distrct. The twelve-storey apartment building offers 246 units, ranging in size from 37 sqm to 150 sqm. The average price of the units there is PLN 7,500. A three-storey garage is also to be developed with the project, and is designed to provide 255 parking places. Retail and service units located on the ground floor are also to be delivered. Bouygues Immobiler expects complete the project in the fourth quarter of this year.
